An international healthcare product manufacturer based in Amstelveen has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Training Specialist to join their international team.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our employees are well-versed in compliance with regulations and best practices.

TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to be extended)
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: TBD
LOCATION: Amstelveen, The Netherlands (on site)

Compliance & Training Specialist Main Responsibilities:
• Support compliance risk management for European group companies
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies
• Administer compliance training and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate with departments for smooth training rollout and track completion
• Support internal control and governance programs, and follow up on internal audit findings

Compliance & Training Specialist Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a similar role.
• Experience in setting up processes, policies, and training.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Learning Management System is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Japanese is preferrable
• Europe. Knowledge of one or more other European languages is a plus.
• Must be familiar with excel, use of, and administering (E learning) systems.
