An IT/Telecom/Engineering company, based in Ridderkerk, is currently recruiting a Quality Coordinator to work in their office.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up all quality claims and issues reported to the operations and sales departments, ensuring the satisfaction of all involved parties.

Quality Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
● Accept quality claims by acknowledgement and registration according to standard procedures
● Keep all parties informed about all steps and developments during the quality claim handling
● Organize and maintain proper trace back methods and procedures
● Conduct first line analysis to determine if the quality claim can be closed without escalation
● Provide thorough technical analysis to suppliers for claims that cannot be closed without escalation
● Evaluate the responsible party for the issue and ensure financial effects are in line with responsibility
● Conduct first line analysis for delivery-related claims in collaboration with warehouse or suppliers
● Collect and organize all quality-related documentation needed by customers
● Assist in technical information gathering and negotiation related to OEM business
● Support the finance department in yearly iso audits

Quality Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
● Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
● Essential skills or experience: Familiar with general automotive supply chain processes, Excellent verbal communication skills
● Attention to details, Self-motivated and disciplined
● Responsible and goal-oriented
● Experience in ERP system would be advantageous
● Prior experience in distribution or logistics preferred
● Business level fluency in English
