An international bank is currently recruiting a Vice President or Associate to work in their Frankfurt office.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer support on their electronic banking platform, supporting on its cash product matters and cooperating with local IT department as required. As customer coverage, this is responsible for corporate customers on the European continent.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
SALARY: €70-85k
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Frankfurt
E-Banking Client Service Main Responsibilities:
● Manage and handle customer requirements and inquiries on their electronic banking platform
● Support and cooperate with team members on cash product matters
● Cooperate with local IT departments as required
● Engage in fly-in visiting customers located outside Germany on the European continent based on client needs
● Documentation
● Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders
E-Banking Client Service Ideal Candidate:
● Experience in customer support for a bank’s e-banking system and ideally using Multicash system in Germany
● Experience in business promotion of transaction banking businesses
● Strong commitment to achieving results
● Collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
● Business level fluency in English
● German language is advantageous
