E-commerce and Sales Supervisor (KA46102)
A well-known Japanese manufacturer is looking for an E-commerce and Sales Supervisor to join their Krefeld Office. The E-commerce and Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving online and offline sales initiatives within the sports industry, with a strong emphasis on German-speaking markets. As well as this, you will be managing e-commerce platforms, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
TYPE: Permanent contract (6-month probation period)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week
SALARY: €60k, depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Krefeld, Germany (1-day WFH possible)
E-commerce and Sales Supervisor MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and enhance the brand’s online presence for sports products in German-speaking markets, focusing on traffic growth, conversion improvement, accurate product listings, and targeted marketing
• Supervise and guide a sales team across online and offline channels, developing strategic initiatives, conducting meetings, and driving them toward revenue and market share targets.
• Build strong relationships with key German-speaking clients, manage loyalty programs, promotions, and utilize customer feedback to improve the sales approach and e-commerce experience
• Analyse trends and consumer behaviours, prepare sales reports, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge based on market data and competitor insights
• Work with product, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and align regional sales with overall business goals
E-commerce and Sales Supervisor IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or sales roles, preferably within the sports industry, or consumer goods industry
• Fluency in both German (business-level) and English is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and German market dynamics
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams effectively
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, CRM systems, and market analysis
