A global manufacturing company is currently recruiting a Sales Manager who will be in charge of Eastern Europe and UK market.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving corporate goals, standards and objectives by promoting and securing sales opportunities in the healthcare sector, managing relationships with partners, and developing business initiatives in the Eastern Europe and UK.
The ideal candidate should have a solid Understanding of the healthcare business, especially knowledge of imaging technologies such as X-ray.

Sales Manager Main Responsibilities:
● Promoting/securing sales opportunities from existing and prospective End Users through a relationship-based approach
● Define the strategy for the area of scope
● Achieve top and bottom line results in the different lines of products/solutions of the complete portfolio
● Establish the proper sales process and funnel creation
● Manage order intake to generate a strong order book
● Develop strong Channel management
● Understand position of their business and product vs competition
● Define best approach for a perfect GTM
● Demonstrate services to existing/potential Partners and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
● Researching sources for developing prospective End Users and information to determine their potential, resulting in a discovery meeting
● Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective End Users
● Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to appropriate channels within the organization
● Coordinating sales effort with Partner Channel, sales management and technical service groups
● Supplying management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
● Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
● Preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports to management as required
● Contacts End Users frequently, advancing their BEU HC market presence and overall penetration
● Attends meetings and industry related shows when required
● Maintaining confidentiality of all information
● Representing in the medical marketplace technology in the form of presentations, webinars, corporate gatherings
● Expense and company asset management
● Achieve annual budgets and targets
● Meet and exceed annual performance standards and objectives
Sales Manager Ideal Candidate:
● More than 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Healthcare, Medical Imaging or similar technical healthcare field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Solid Understanding of the healthcare business, especially knowledge of imaging technologies such as X-ray
● Experience in working with Partners and Account Managers in addition to direct sales
● Demonstrated attitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions (consultative sales approach)
● Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
● High attention to detail to follow process and procedure, to lead by example and be able to work across the company with many groups
● Proven ability with time and task management to ensure daily operations are maintained
● Technically competent with their solutions portfolio to correctly assess Partner’s on End User’s needs and/or to assist team members,
● Eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced work environment with positive mindset and high motivation
● Practical and a problem solver
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus)
● Available and willing to travel within the mentioned region when needed (requires intensive travelling)
