A Japanese logistics company is currently recruiting a Head of Warehouse Operations to work in Antwerp, Belgium.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, overseeing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining workplace safety. Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch would be advantageous.

WORKING HOURS: 8:30 - 16:45 from Monday to Friday (38 hours per week, flexible working possible)
SALARY: €50-70K (including 13th month bonus and 8% holiday allowance)

LOCATION: Antwerp, Belgium
Head of Warehouse Operations Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping and storage processes
• Identifies issues in warehouse operations and implements solutions
• Preventing damaged or misdirected shipments
• Visit customers, provide consultation and advice, and report to management
• Manage warehouse staff performance
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with industry standards, regulations (e.g. AEO, ISO) and company policies
• Ensure warehouse operations are compliant with industry standards, regulations (e.g. AEO, ISO) and company policies
Head of Warehouse Operations Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics management
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Business level English language skills (Japanese or Dutch skill would be advantageous)
• Ability to work indefinitely without the need for visa support
• Driving licence holder
• Knowledge of compliance and industry regulations (AEO, ISO) welcome (opportunity to learn after joining the company)
