A Japanese multinational trading company is currently searching for a Czech speaking Sales Assistant to work in their Prague office.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting sales activities such as collecting data, creating reports, and communicating with customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This role offers career progressing opportunities towards Sales Representative or Engineer position.

Fluency in Czech and education to degree level are required for this role.

Sales Assistant Main Responsibilities:
● Perform collection of data and checks of sales and logistics related reports based on Sales Engineer’s instructions
● Collect data and create documents and reports related to goods import
● Collect data relevant to environmental reports and similar CZ, EU requirements
● Check quotations
● Communicate with customers and suppliers and follow up on deadlines
● Support customers’ requests
● Organize business trip schedules by booking hotels, flight etc
● Prepare presentations based on instructions and take meeting minutes
● Support and cooperate with Quality Assurance Engineer when necessary
● Research updates in the market and new regulations
● Ad hoc sales related tasks
● Ideas to improve internal systems are welcome

Sales Assistant Ideal Candidate:
● Fluent in English and Czech language
● Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Ability to process different kind of data
● Attention to detail
● Great organizing skills
● Great communication skill
● Work at a part of the team
● Experiences in Sales field welcomed but not necessary
● Understanding of Japanese business culture and language is highly advantageous
