A global leader in international trade is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT infrastructure. Key tasks include setting up devices, monitoring networks, and assisting with IT projects. Required: prior desktop support experience, proficiency in MS Office, network knowledge, and fluency in both English and German. Full-time, permanent position based in Düsseldorf, Germany, with an immediate start.

IT Support Specialist Main Responsibilities:
• Provide user support (troubleshooting and problem-solving)
• Set up and configure new computers, mobile devices, and internet equipment
• Monitor IT infrastructure (servers and networks)
• Install hardware and software
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades (OS, applications)
• Remotely or physically assist with computer-related concerns

IT Support Specialist Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience in a desktop support technician role or a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT-related applications
• Basic knowledge of network systems
• Familiarity with Windows environments
• Business-level or native proficiency in German
• Strong command of English
