A well-known international bank is looking for a Transaction Support Administrator to join the Business Administration Team at their Amsterdam office.
This position will be responsible for supporting client transaction especially for loan and deposit as well as concluding loan and time deposit, providing proper information with clients.
TYPE: Full-time, initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week
SALARY: TBD
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Hybrid working available after the training)
Transaction Support Administrator Main Responsibilities:
• Independently conclude loan and term deposit deals with customers, provide market information, and answer inquiries from the customers
• Fully comprehend commercial strategies toward each customer and strictly act on those when dealing
• Administer deals (Made/Check) and Approve deals made by others
• Sharing information in order to enhance relationships, business and profit opportunities
• Initiate and manage ad hoc projects (e.g. regulatory related)
• To respond, mainly through Team lead and Managers, to the inquiries/requests from management, Tokyo/regional headquarter related to the clients and transactions, liaising and working with the relevant staffs like relationship managers, operation teams in London
• To maintain, optimize and improve the process and procedure related to clients’ support
• To coordinate with or hand to the appropriate department/team the products/matters brought by clients directly or indirectly
• To follow the instructions related to the above from Team lead and Managers
Transaction Support Administrator Ideal Candidate:
• At least 2 years of experience at banking industry at similar role
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the propensity for critical thinking, with the ability to make crucial, time-pressured decisions with the ability to liaise with other departments and establish good relationships
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Any other European language or Japanese is a plus
