An international sports equipment company is seeking an Athlete Relations Coordinator to join their team in Europe.
This role will be responsible for managing relationships with contracted athletes, negotiating new and renewal contracts, coordinating equipment delivery, and supporting media-related activities. You will be the key point of contact for athletes, ensuring a smooth and professional partnership experience.
The ideal candidate is business-minded, culturally adaptable, and personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with athletes and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities:
• Follow up with existing contracted athletes and manage contract renewals
• Negotiate new contracts with potential athletes
• Ensure contracted athletes receive necessary sports equipment (e.g., rackets) as required
• Handle payment management related to athlete contracts
• Attend photo or video shooting sessions and games when necessary
• Occasional opportunities for business trips within Europe
Ideal Candidate:
• 2–3 years of experience in athlete management, sports business, or contract negotiation
• Proven skills in relationship management and cross-cultural communication
• Strong business mindset with a flexible and proactive approach
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German and other European languages are a plus
• Friendly and approachable personality, capable of interacting with athletes and professionals from diverse countries
