A Japanese manufacturer based near Frankfurt is seeking a General Affairs & Sales Support Staff to join their small yet international team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment that values teamwork and flexibility.

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: from €40,000- 55,000 per year, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Near Frankfurt, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
General Affairs:
• Manage contracts and document administration
• Handle attendance management
• Support expats with visa applications (via legal counsel), residence registration, rental contracts, bank account opening, driver’s license applications, company phone and vehicle contracts
• Manage company cars (lease contracts, renewals, arranging appointments for tire changes, repairs, etc.)
• Support various contracts (including credit insurance, subscription publications, and coordination with clients when signing or renewing contracts)
• Perform general office administration tasks
Logistics (Sales Support):
• Handle order processing using SAP (prepare purchase orders, instructions to partner companies, create invoices)
• Communicate with clients/customers regarding orders (order confirmation, delivery schedules, sending invoices, PO submissions, delivery updates)
• Manage credit control tasks (payment delays, credit checks with clients)
• Oversee inventory management (maintain inventory spreadsheets, liaise with the sales team)
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in general affairs or logistics is not required but preferred
• Business-level German and English skills required
• Japanese language skills will be advantageous
• A team player who can adapt flexibly to tasks and proactively seek process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using SAP is preferred
