A Japanese electronic parts supplier is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative for their growing, international team.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with export and customs with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Business Trips are not required.

TYPE: Permanent, full time (6-month probation)
SALARY: €40-50k annually, depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Willich, Germany (During the training, needs to commute everyday)
WORKING HOURS: start: 8:00-9:00 / finish: 16:00-17:00 lunch break: 45min

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order processing:
- Quotation preparation, order acceptance and processing
- Creation of invoices and delivery notes

Purchasing and materials management
- Obtaining and comparing quotations
- Order processing and monitoring delivery dates
- Stock control and scheduling
- Maintenance and management of documents and data

Sales support
- Customer communication and support
- Communication with customers regarding project status, requirements and changes
- Coordination with development and technology to implement technical requirements
- Support in the preparation of quotations and maintenance of customer master data
- Coordination between internal departments
- Cost and risk management
- Participation in cost accounting and budget monitoring
- Preparation of project plans, status reports and presentations

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years of professional experience (Manufacturing industry background is preferred)
- Knowledge of Logistics (import, export) and Customs are needed
- Fluent in English, and some understanding of Japanese culture/Japanese skill is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skill is advantageous
- University degree or training as an industrial clerk (because of our projects, purchasing and sales are linked on a project-by-project basis)
- Experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) sector will be advantageous
- Experience in SAP
