An international manufacturer in Hoofddorp is seeking an IT Service & Application Delivery Lead.
The ideal candidate for the position should be a hands-on IT professional with 4–6 years’ experience of leading IT service delivery, Microsoft 365 administration, security, and application support across the organisation.

Salary: €57.6–66k depending on experience + bonus (1 month salary) + holiday allowance
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00

IT Service & Application Delivery Lead Main Responsibilities
IT Service Delivery & Application Support
• Oversee day-to-day IT services including devices, networks, cloud, and core business applications
• Manage MS365 administration, incidents, problems, and change requests
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle and documentation
• Support Business Central, PIM, and other company-wide applications
• Improve self-service tools, training materials, and user documentation
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
• Drive IT security policy implementation across the organisation
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and manage audits, risks, and ISO 27001 certification
• Deliver user awareness and onboarding training
Partnerships & Project Support
• Manage external IT partners and service providers (SLAs)
• Collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia
• Provide IT support for business initiatives (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Digital Product Passport)
• Liaise between users and vendor IT teams
Strategic Development & Innovation
• Translate company IT strategy into actionable plans focused on Security, Data, Automation, and AI
• Research and implement new technologies, integrations, and automation solutions
Leadership
• Manage IT resources including 1 FTE locally and IT representatives in Poland, Germany, and Taiwan
• Support development and training of team members
IT Service & Application Delivery Lead Ideal Candidate
• 4–6 years’ experience to lead IT service delivery
• Technical education or equivalent experience in IT service management and system administration
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and MS365
• Experience with ITIL; experience with Business Central or PIM systems is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, security, project management) are desirable
