A Japanese company is currently recruiting a Parts & Logistics Coordinator to work in their Almere office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing parts sales, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

TYPE: Initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
SALARY: € 2500 - € 3200 per month depending on experience, plus benefits package
START: ASAP (negotiable)
LOCATION: Almere, Netherlands
Parts & Logistics Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
● Respond to inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
● Prepare and process parts sales proposals, order confirmations and invoices
● Review and update parts pricing as necessary
● Prepare and package parts for dispatch, create shipping documentation (delivery notes, invoices, labels), and coordinate timely delivery with courier services
● Update inventory records after dispatch and maintain organized, up-to-date stock documentation
● Oversee parts inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and compliance with company standards
● Manage parts ordering from Japan HQ and handle invoice processing
● Arrange customs clearance for parts and machinery import and export, and manage all international transport documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations
● Obtain and compare transportation cost estimates to select cost-effective options
● Source and obtain quotations for factory-related parts and materials
● Manage local orders and handle invoice processing
● Other duties as assigned
Parts & Logistics Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
● Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
● Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Education in Supply Chain or related area, or proven experience that brings the same (or greater) impact
