A Japanese manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Supply Chain Coordinator to join their small team in the Düsseldorf area.
This role combines customer service and supply chain coordination responsibilities and will grow into a core operational position supporting the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or supply chain operations, enjoy working in a small-team environment, and be willing to take on broad responsibilities as the role grows.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer orders: order entry in QAD, shipment coordination, invoicing and documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in a professional manner
• Support sales and internal teams with product information, forecasts, and stock monitoring
• Manage customer master data in QAD and Office systems
• Handle transport-related insurance claims
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Management across daily operations
• Support reporting, data organization, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Act as backup support within a small team and contribute to process improvements
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, or supply chain roles
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to multitask
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Business-level English
• Japanese and/or German language skills are an advantage
• ERP experience (QAD or SAP) preferred
• Comfortable working in a small team with broad responsibilities
