WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Thursday, 9:00-17:00 Friday
SALARY: €30k - €40k, depending on experience
LOCATION: Bolzano / Trento, Italy

Office & Logistics Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Administrative management (office related tasks), including managing payments to suppliers and payrolls
• Verifying the consistency of the accounting information provided by our external accountants
• Handling logistics related to the trading activities of the company, buying and reselling equipment from the Japanese HQ, for EMEA and LATAM countries
• Working together with another Logistic and Office Manager, splitting the job load related to the logistics of the company
• Verifying the consistency of the company internal information and the information coming from the HQ in Japan
• Correcting / readdressing non-conformities related to the administrative management of the company
• Direct support and assistance to the Managing Director for administrative tasks

Office & Logistics Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong numerical accounting abilities
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Good PC skills
• Advanced level English with native level Italian
