A leading manufacturer of industrial printing machinery based in Orléans, France is currently recruiting a Finance Administrator (Cadre position).
You will act as the right-hand support to the CFO, taking responsibility for day-to-day finance and accounting operations while also gaining exposure to group reporting, consolidation, and selected strategic projects.
The role is predominantly operational (approx. 90%) and suits an ideal candidate who is looking for a stable, long-term position within an international environment, with strong technical finance skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Working hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (flexible for cadres)
Salary: €45,000 – €48,000 including bonus

Key Responsibilities
As Finance Administrator, you will support the CFO and contribute to both operational finance and group-level reporting activities, including:
• Supporting preparation of materials for group accounts consolidation
• Consolidating foreign subsidiaries’ accounts in an international environment (currency management, exchange rates, group reporting)
• Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analysing financial data
• Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoices and expense reports
• Supporting budget management and cash flow monitoring
• Assisting with management control activities
• Participating in cross-functional projects (e.g. insurance, CSR initiatives)
• Using and supporting finance systems, including AS400 ERP (migration to SILOP underway)
• Occasional travel to overseas subsidiaries
Ideal Candidate
• Minimum Bac +5 degree in Finance, DSCG, or equivalent
• Experience in a similar finance role within an international organisation
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong experience in international consolidation
• Fluent French and English (C1 level)
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• Excellent Excel skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage
