We are currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Amsterdam office.
Since our establishment in August 2023, we have been steadily expanding our business, supporting clients across Europe from the Netherlands.
We welcome candidates who are interested in the recruitment industry and motivated to contribute to the growth of our business, even without prior experience.


TYPE: Initially a one-year fixed-term contract (with the intention of long-term employment and contract renewal)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours available)
* Please note that during the initial 3-month training period, office attendance is required and remote working is generally not permitted. Hybrid working may be considered once promoted from Associate to Consultant.
SALARY: €40,500 (1st year OTE), €45,000-50,000(2nd year+ OTE) ※ including Holiday Allowance
LOCATION: Amsterdam Zuid, Netherlands (Hybrid)
BENEFITS: Travel expenses covered (subject to a cap), company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement increasing with length of service, and additional special leave. Other benefits are provided in accordance with statutory regulations.


Associate Recruitment Consultant Main Responsibilities:
Career consulting, B2B sales
● Management of overall recruitment activities (handling job openings, creating advertisements, selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, etc.)
● Building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, developing new customers (including non-Japanese companies)
● Confirmation and negotiation of contract contents, issuance of contract
● Job seeker registration interview, CV confirmation, career consulting
● Clerical work such as registering hearing details

Business development assistant
● Networking through participation in events, dinner parties, and seminars where Japanese companies gather
● Participation in events where job seekers gather
● Development through social media and development calls
● Presentation to new potential customers
● Marketing to increase the number of LinkedIn followers and Google reviews
● Company visits and business negotiations to expand new business
● Other Ad hoc work
● Occasional business travel within Europe (a few times per year) may be required

Associate Recruitment Consultant Ideal Candidate:
● Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a related field
● Solid understanding of Japanese corporate culture, with language skills as an advantage
● Business-level English proficiency (additional European languages such as French, German, or Italian are advantageous)
● Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards shared goals
● Results-driven with a proactive and motivated approach to work
● Interest in business development and contributing to the growth of a new operation
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in supporting clients and candidates
● Self-starter with the ability to take initiative rather than relying solely on instructions
