Business level of fluency in English and Japanese is required. Turkish speaker will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
-Management of the factory, including management of local staff, production control, quality control and engineering
-Business forecast
-Reporting to the head office in Japan

Required Skills 
-Experience in manufacturing site management (production engineering, quality control) for electronic components, electronic devices, automotive electronic components
-Business level of fluency in English and Japanese is required
-Turkish speaker will be advantageous
