A Japanese electronic parts supplier is currently recruiting a Sales Assistant to support their clients located in Europe. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years working experience. Sales Assistant experience would be advantageous.

Type: Permanent, full time

SALARY: up to €36K annually DOE

START: Negotiable

LOCATION: near Dusseldorf, Germany

Working hours: 8:00-9:00 / 16:00-17:00 (lunch break 45min)

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing the sales and purchase orders
- Demand forecasting and sharing the shortage of the parts internally
- Creating invoices
- Stock management
- Liaising with the supplier deliveries
- Supporting the sales teams
The sales team will be liaising with the clients

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-3 years of working experience
- Business level fluency in English and German a MUST
- Sales Assistant experience would be advantageous
