An international leader in Auto-ID IoT and Data Management Systems is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the key position of Marketing Communication Specialist, a responsible and varied job in a small and motivated team with a flat hierarchy within an international environment. This role will require business level German and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of all marketing activities
• Design and creation of communication media (presentations, mailings, PR and social media texts, flyers/brochures, advertisements, banners, etc.)
• Planning, preparation, and coordination of trade fairs / events
• Maintenance of the website and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Analysis of the marketing measures including constant optimization and development of suggestions for improvement
• Coordination and cooperation with external service providers (PR and advertising agencies, stand builders, etc.)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing or comparable training
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in (technical) B2B marketing
• Experienced handling of MS Office
• Experience in social media / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads
• Good knowledge of Adobe CC (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Experience in dealing with CMS systems (ideally TYPO3)
• Affinity for technology and IT or basic technical understanding
• Customer-oriented and professional demeanour, thinking and behaviour
• Quality Orientation: high quality standards for one's own work and results
• Problem Solving: creative & solution-oriented way of working
• Effective communication: Very good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Binding relationships within the team as well as with customers and suppliers
• Commitment for Development: Ongoing commitment to personal and professional development
