A Japanese financial institution is looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales&Client Support Administrator for a new business line at their Luxembourg office.
You will be responsible for tasks such as proofreading English sales materials and reports, supporting the collection of information required for AML and KYC screening, and communicating with HQ in Japan.
Business level of English and Japanese are required for this role.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 8:30-17:30 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: €30-50K depending on experience
START: Sep 2022 (TBC)
LOCATION: Luxembourg

RESPONSIBILITY:
-Support entire cycle from sourcing of potential investors to contracting, closing, and other investment related operations: i.e. marketing activities, closing agreements, investment operation setting-up, monitoring outsourced entities, and client reporting
-Support creating marketing materials (English)
-Conduct basic anti-money laundering (AML) / know your customer (KYC) checks
-Conduct basic research of investors, financial markets, and economies
-Prepare several reports to the clients
-Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 1-year business experience, especially in financial industry is preferred
- Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory
- A bachelor’s in economics or equivalent degree holder
-Knowledge of finance or investment will be advantageous
-Capability to handle diverse range of complex tasks displaying both an analytical and problem-solving mind
-Ability to undertake in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement, requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency, and client service
-Ability of negotiation
-Deep knowledge of internal/external clients and/or development of networking
-Capability to coordinate various resources for mid-term complex projects and tasks
-The Constant mind of a team player with high level of flexibility
