An interactive entertainment company is currently recruiting a Finance Manager in Hamburg, Germany.
The main roles will be to oversees the financial, operational, and administrative functions for the German operations including financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures and the organisations financial relationship with outside financial services and the parent company. Knowledge of German GAAP and fluency in English and German will be essential for this role.

Petty Cash
• Assign all petty cash transactions

• Day one order approval
• Order approval
• Inventory Control
• Inventory Management
• Sales Order Entry, Creating Shipping Documents, Creating Invoices
• Coordination of communication flow between Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing
• Purchasing
• Create purchase requisitions non-inventory
• Booking inventory stock
• Preparation of Day One shipments in line with customer priority and advertising purposes
• Customer Service
• Set up CEGs Material and Price Master
• “Grüner Punkt” Notification (packaging recycling)
• Handling of Stock Take

• Experience using various IT-Systems essential, SAP experience highly desirable.
• Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
