A leading financial institution is looking for a Sales & GA Assistant to support the Relationship Manager & GM at their busy central Vienna office. Business level English is essential for this role with good German and Japanese skills preferred.

Duties
• Support the Relationship Manager (RM) of the Corporate Banking department within the branch
• Assist in promotional activities for Japanese corporate clients in European countries
• Administration and business analysis support
• Preparation of credit application documents and reports
• Assist in the operation of the risk and credit rating system
• Compliance and regulatory affairs
• Responding telephone calls, emails, and reception duties
• Liaise with public authorities, e.g., building management companies
• Other general admin duties
Required Experience
• Business level of English is an essential
• Good Japanese and German language skills preferred
• Knowledge and experience in finance, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in economics/Finance/Accounting
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Punctual and able to work in a timely manner
• Experience of working in a small office environment is preferred
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
