A Japanese machinery manufacturer is currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Administrator at their Paris office.
In addition to sales administration for a small number of offices, a wide range of tasks are required, from expense reimbursement to logistics-related tasks.

TYPE: Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 7:00 (Lunch time 12:30 to 13:30)
SALARY: €35K
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Paris office

Scheme, Transport reimbursement 50% (if the employee bought a monthly
transport ticket)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure physical and telephone reception
• Manage incoming emails and incoming and outgoing mail (distribution, postage)
(With the possibility of making the occasional trip to the post office)
• Receiving packages
• Managing office supplies and orders
• Ensuring the filing and archiving of documents
• Receiving and processing customer orders for spare parts
• Ensuring the administrative management of sales on Sage (quotes, purchase
orders, invoices, credits)
• Managing orders and returns of spare parts in collaboration with the subsidiary in
England
• Managing spare parts, weekly and annual inventory
• Liaising with the customers on behalf of the subsidiary in England regarding sales
of equipment (knitting looms and programming systems)
• Preparing documents relating to the after-sales service (quote) as well as training
Arranging quotes, training agreements, programs, certificates) in connection with the sales department
• Managing the receipt and delivery of goods (national and international)
• Tracking customs clearance in connection with freight forwarders

Requirement:
• 1 year office work experience
• Speak/Write fluently in English and French
• Microsoft office package (Excel, Word)
• Business level English and French
• Japanese language skill will be advantageous
• Good attention to detail, time management skills, and a flexible attitude
• Sage or similar accounting software experience would be advantageous
• Work experience at logistics / shipping companies would be advantageous
