WORKING HOURS : 9:00-18:00 / Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00 once a week)
SALARY : total package 70-90K level (depending on experience)
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Milan, Italy
Office Manager Main Duties:
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
• Oversees and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Provides administrative support such as, scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, and creating reports
• Recruitment and new staff training
• Liaises with other Europe branches and reporting to HQ in Japan
• Dealing with equipment and supply ordering, lease management
• Managing GDPR, regulation-related points and legal matters
• Budget management
• Giving internal presentations
Office Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Business level Italian and English
• Over 5 years' experience in office management
• Solid experience in the logistics industry
• Great presentation skill
• PC skills (Microsoft office)
• Good attention to detail, time management, and a flexible attitude
