A Japanese company is currently recruiting a Dutch speaking Admin and Accounting Assistant to work in their new office/warehouse in Houten.
English and Dutch are essential as Dutch documents are handled.
Accounting experience is not required as training is available.
A car licence is not essential, however is desirable for commuting.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 8:45-17:15 Monday to Friday, (30min. lunch break, 40hrs a week)
SALARY: € 2175-2657 month (gross) + 8% holiday allowance + 13 month allowance
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Houten - The Netherlands ( 5 days working at Office based)
Dutch speaking Admin and Accounting Assistant MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order entry
• Product processing arrangements,
• Inventory control and shipping arrangement to customers and sales assistant works such
as internal/external communication
• Creating sales materials such as quotation, technical data sheet etc.
• Accounting duties
Dutch speaking Admin and Accounting Assistant IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Business level of Dutch as well as English
• Experience of customer service including order / delivery arrangements is required
• Understanding of German will be advantageous
