A Japanese electronic parts supplier is currently recruiting a Costing Team Member for their growing Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience within manufacturing will be good at calculating.

Sales Administrator experience and some understanding of Japanese culture/ Japanese skill would be advantageous.

TYPE: Permanent, full time
SALARY: €41k annually depending on experience
START: Negotiable
LOCATION: Willich, Germany (During the training, needs to commute everyday)
WORKING HOURS: start: 8:00-9:00 / finish: 16:00-17:00 lunch break: 45min

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiling data, e.g., project data received from customers, quotations received from
suppliers, and information received from factory
- Communication with supplier(s)
- Communication with factory members
- Calculation of offer to be submitted to team and sales manager
- Explanation and justification of cost calculation to sales manager and/or customers

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 year of experience working in manufacturing (Automotive or Electronics industry background is preferred)
- Sales Assistant experience is advantageous
Fluent in English, and some understanding of Japanese culture/Japanese skill is advantageous
- Good calculation skill a must
- Advanced Excel skill and experience with SQL
- Flexibility to go on business trips upon request
