A Japanese logistics company is looking to appoint an engaged and proactive Quality and Compliance Employee for their Pharmaceutical and Healthcare department. You will be responsible for maintaining the company Pharma and Healthcare Quality Management System. For this position you will be based at the Benelux head office in Amsterdam.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
SALARY: €3500 - €4,000 per month depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam Office, The Netherlands
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining and development of improvements of the Quality Management system, ensuring compliance to EU directives, Regulations and EU guideline Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Conducting Risk Lane Assessments for Pharma and Healthcare Air and Ocean freight Assessments for Pharma and Healthcare Air and Ocean freight
• Manage Temperature Control and Transportation Validation Programs
• Identifying Risks areas and develop actionable plans and procedures for Risk Management
• Provide support to operations on Key Customer Accounts in relations to GDP and other quality related subjects
• Review and revision of SOP’s in line with Operations, Logistics and Customer Requirements
• Coordination non-conformances and handling of CAPA’s.
• Support in preparing and conducting Internal and External Audits
• Prepare and participate in Regulatory Inspections and Customer Quality audits
• Monitoring of Quality KPI’s and performing trend analysis’
• Other Quality related request either internal, external or regulatory.
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE EMPLOYEE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• A college (MBO+) or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Pharma Quality role
• Good understanding of Pharma GDP and QMS requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in the English and Dutch language
•Experience with audit practices
