A Japanese financial institute is currently recruiting a Multifunctional Trilingual Administrative Assistant at their Paris office.

This is initially a 6 month temporary contract, and the ideal candidate should have some work experience within Japanese companies, ideally more than 3 years. Business level fluency in English, French and Japanese will be required for this role.

TYPE: Initially 6 months’ temp (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday, with 1 hour 30 minutes lunch break
SALARY: €2,600~2,900 per month (depending on experience)
BENEFIT: Full travel expenses, lunch support
START: From March 2024 or April 2024 (TBC)
LOCATION: Central Paris (Office-based)

• Assisting the maintenance of their premises, including contract management
• Assisting accounting
• Assisting IT maintenance
• Assisting the managers (in particular in respect of their business travels abroad and their expatriation situation), and the visitors of the Tokyo office
• Gathering, treating and managing information
• Drafting correspondence
• Translations
• Purchasing office supplies
• Any other usual secretary tasks

• Ideally minimum 3 years of experience working in Japanese companies or corporate environment
• Experience of accounting / bookkeeping would be advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken English, French, and Japanese
• A team player with an inclusive approach towards all colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and hardworking
• PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
