A Japanese sports manufacturer in Amsterdam is currently recruiting an Administrative Staff to assist with order entry, inventory management, simple shipping, and supporting customers and the sales team via email and phone.
Business English is required and Dutch language is advantageous for this role.
TYPE: Full-time contract (Initially 6-12months contract, potential to be permanent)
* Working on a part-time basis can also be considered (This condition may change depending on the company’s situation.)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00
SALARY: €2,500-3,000/month (Gross), plus Holiday Allowance, Performance Bonus (up to 1 month, not guaranteed)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Office Based)
BENEFITS: Transportation fee, Pension, free parking lots
Administrative Staff Main Responsibilities:
・Processing orders and invoices in our CRM system
・Maintain daily contact with our customers (Communication/Support(international)customers/Distributors/Representatives)
・Maintain contact with our external warehouse
・Shipping work to consumers directly from the office
・Reporting to CEO and COO
・Other back-office activities
Administrative Staff Ideal Candidate:
・Over 3 years of experience in logistics operations
・Healthy, cheerful personality and challenging spirit
・Responsibility for work and the ability to think and imagine on your own
・Have communication and problem-solving skills
・Fluent in English
・Dutch and German skills will be also an advantage
** All applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
