A Small Japanese subsidiary selling car components in Rotterdam is currently recruiting a Customer Service Support.
In this role you will be working closely with the logistics manager, responsible for assisting with Customer Service duties and performing various administrative duties

TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
SALARY: €32k
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Rotterdam, the Netherlands

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES as CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT:
• Confirming receipt for Customer Sales Orders and inputting onto SAP system
• Dealing with urgent customer orders
• Sending delivery confirmations to Customers
• Updating Customers on a weekly basis with excel delivery confirmations
• Using Supply On system to retrieve and process Customer Sales Orders and input Advance Shipping Notification
• Regular communication with warehouse to ensure smooth running for customer collections
• Issuing weekly Sales Invoices
• Any other Customer Service duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS as Customer Service Support:
• Data entry and Administration experience is essential
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience on SAP system would be advantageous
• Proficiency in PC skills especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organized individual with great analytical skills
• Logical approach to problem solving, with the ability to work on their own and part of a small team
