General Manager Product Support

A fast-growing Japanese manufacturer in Almere, The Netherlands, is currently recruiting a General Manager Product Support. Your role will include providing top quality after-sales product support, initiating leads to the customers for spare parts and services, and focusing primarily on Customer (dealer-) retention through after-sales product support as well as team management. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of construction equipment products. Business level of English is required for this role.
