A Japanese manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their international team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to expand the company’s presence in key sectors such as medical devices, semiconductors, and manufacturing equipment. Whether you are identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, or representing the company at industry events, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth.

TYPE: Full-time role
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week (Flexible working hours)
SALARY: €50-80k + Incentive+ Company Car

LOCATION: Full-remote in Germany

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in target industries
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead efforts to expand into new markets, with a focus on precision equipment, including medical and semiconductor industries
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and trade shows, promoting the company's products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

Business Development Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in precision manufacturing or related industries
• Strong understanding of market dynamics within sectors like medical devices, semiconductors, or manufacturing equipment
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in seeking out new opportunities
• Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of Japanese is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, seminars, internal meetings and industry events
