A well-known Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting a Field Service Technician.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of completed training as a plumber or professional experience and sound knowledge of the plumbing industry. Fluent English and German language skills are required.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
• Performing repairs and maintenance on products
• Product installation
• Professional and competent customer service
• Collaboration with internal sales on customer proposals (technical aspects)
• Documentation of work orders and timely internal reporting
• Independent management of off-site warehouses
• Assessment and evaluation of warranty claims
• Coordination of orders and your own service staff (regarding efficiency, time, and costs)

Field Service Technician Ideal Candidate:
• Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, or professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the plumbing industry
• Strong customer and service orientation (while maintaining cost-effectiveness)
• Basic written and spoken English skills
• Flexibility
• Willingness to travel
• Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Class B driver’s license
